Adaptive Personal Training
Nationally-certified health, strength, and wellness programs designed to improve fitness for individuals with physical, mental, and cognitive disabilities.
What is it?
Adaptive personal training is a specialized fitness program geared entirely toward helping individuals with physical, cognitive, sensory, or mental health challenges safely and effectively meet their personal fitness goals.
Rather than conforming to fit into a traditional gym routine, this approach re-imagines exercises to match each individual’s unique mechanics, strengths, and pacing.
- Specialized Adaptive Fitness Classes
- One-on-One Adaptive Fitness Strength Training
- Monthly Private Gym Membership
All Adaptive Training Specialists at Physique Lab are certified through the Special Strong Certification (SSC) through NASM with biennial renewal training.
