Adaptive Fitness Training
Nationally-certified health, strength, and wellness programs designed to improve fitness for those with physical, mental, and cognitive disabilities.
What is it?
Adaptive training is a specialized fitness program geared entirely toward helping those with physical, cognitive, sensory, or mental health challenges safely and effectively meet their fitness goals.
Rather than conforming to fit into a traditional gym routine, this approach re-imagines exercises to match the unique mechanics, strengths, and pacing of you.
